Initial Assessment: $200 (55 min)

Ongoing Individual Therapy: $175 (55 min)

I am an in-network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Blue Choice plans and will bill your insurance directly. For all other insurance plans I am considered an out-of-network provider. I can provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network benefits. I also accept self-pay.

I recommend you contact your insurance company to confirm your mental health benefits and determine what costs you may be responsible for. You can usually find the number to call on the back of your insurance card. Here are some suggested questions to ask:

1) What is my outpatient mental health coverage?

2) Do I have to meet a deductible before insurance covers any of my costs?

3) Do I have any copays or co-insurance amounts?

I ask that you please cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours notice. Since I am not able to fill the slot or charge insurance for missed appointments, you will be responsible for the full session fee for appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
