I will help you gain insight into what is keeping you stuck, so that your personal growth can be realized. I will empower you to break unhelpful patterns and cultivate acceptance of who you are. Connecting past experiences with current struggles will help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and build more fulfilling relationships. Utilizing mindfulness and self-compassion practices, I will help you overcome self-criticism and live a more intentional, authentic, and balanced life.
